Sagittarius. The people born between November 22 to December 21.

Sagittarius is the "fire" sign, AKA it means that we are pretty much the most LIT sign of em all. So, here are some things you should know about the sign, because whether that be you or your friend, they have some distinct qualities that make them hella unique.

1. They love their freedom.

This is probably the most cliche personality trait that Sagittarius people have, but let's be honest, it's pretty true. They love the feeling of independence and freedom. They are always down for spontaneous adventures and late night talks. They absolutely hate the feeling of being constrained and tied-down.

This can sometimes be a curse more than a blessing because it sometimes limits them to not wanting to be tied down to a relationship. But, with the right person, they'll break that wall.

2. They always tell it is like it is.

Sagittariuses are really honest. They are not one to beat around the bush, because why lie? They will always state their opinion on any situation, but they don't mean to offend anyone. They are the kind of friends that people come to for advice simply for this reason. They are good listeners and will do what they can to comfort you, but they will never comfort you with lies. They will tell you how it is, and try to help you be the best you.

3. They are super optimistic. SUPER.

Sagittarius people are always trying to stay positive. People who are optimistic always try to make negative things seem okay. They get annoyed when people are too negative, because they think they're just constantly bringing the mood down. But, this can also be bothersome to other people because their positivity may seem like an act in certain situations. Overall, this sign is really positive and like to shed light on all the good things.

4. They have too big of a heart.

A Sagittarius is known for being too kind to others, even to the people that don't deserve it. They are the kind of friends who will spoil you with gifts, and will always be there for you when you need it. And, they don't even expect anything in return.

If they treat you with lots of love, that means that they really care about you as a person, and just want to recognize you for it. They are reliable and loyal friends. However, this can leave a Sagittarius to be depressed sometimes. This can cause people to take advantage of a Sagittarius. They feel that everyone has the same big heart as them, and when it isn't the case, it crushes them.

5. They're impulsive AF.

When making any decision, Sagittariuses are known to be very impulsive. They will buy whatever they think is cute at the time, or will go anywhere with their friends right when they ask. They are not always good with their money spending habits. They sometimes lack the mindset of saving and will buy whatever, whenever.

6. It can be hard to love a Sagittarius.

Like I said before, a Sagittarius loves their freedom and independence. In relationships, they tend to love the chase more than actually wanting a real relationship. They love being a free spirit, and feel like no one can tame you or should keep you down. They are social butterflies, so if they're out, it may be misconstrued that they are flirting with people, when that's just how they act.

Since they are always honest, it can come off as insensitive. Since they are impulsive, they may make the wrong decisions too quickly. And lastly, they have too big of a heart so they might be too generous to those who don't deserve it.

Though Sagittarius people are hard to love, that doesn't mean it would not be worth it. Sagittarius are crazy and wild, but they are also loving and kind. We have our flaws, but we embrace them with all that they are. Don't underestimate a Sagittarius and don't overstep them either. They are balls of passions and are trying their best to be their best.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
