With constant questions and undecided decisions. my mom is, easily, the person I text all the time.

1. Hey, mom. How do you make *insert meal here*?

You made this all the time when I was home and I regret not paying attention! I'm so hungry.

2. Mom, guess what! I just got the job!

This is one of my favorite texts to send. I love sharing my accomplishments with my mom.

3. I'm so sick. What kind of medicine should I buy if I have a stuffy and runny nose?!

How am I suppose to know these things? Give me your mom expertise!!!

4. Do you mind putting some money in my account? I'm kind of broke.

Yes, I work. But sometimes my paycheck doesn't make it until the next. And I get hungry. I don't think my mom would be too happy if she found out her baby was hungry.

5. I PASSED MY EXAM!!!!

Ah, another amazing accomplishment I have to share with my mom.

6. Thanks for your help, mom. I love you.

Always there when I need advice and always responses. And who can forget the love part.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
