1) Tired
Between early morning practices, homework, and lift there never seems to be enough time in a day for sleep.
2) Hungry
I don't mean 💯 😤 hungry I mean actually hungry, as in I can eat that whole pizza if you're not quick enough
3) In pain
Your muscles are either aching or you are injured. Aspirin is also your best friend.
4) Broke
You love your team so much you spend so much of your money on gear telling everyone you do this sport.
5) Grateful
You're just so happy to be apart of a team and doing the sport you love that all the pain is worth it, so are the 6 a.ms and the lift sessions, because you know they are making you so much better.
6) Busy
Some days, when I practice at 6 am I don't even have time to shower until 6 pm! Between practice, classes, homework, clubs, homework there is no time. No time. And the time you do have you either spend it and be productive or, like me, watch netflix and nap. Then look at the time and stay up late doing homework, only to wake up early and start all over again.
