1. Not having to wear shower shoes

There is nothing better than not wearing shower shoes when you are home. Or just being able to shower in your own shower is the best thing. I think I would drive home everyday just to shower at home if I could.

2. Not having to deal with public bathroomsNothing worse than going to brush your teeth and seeing globs of toothpaste in the sinks. Or going to the bathroom in general and having their being zero toilet paper left.

3. Homemade meals

You get sick of your non-edible dining hall food within a week, so coming home and having a home-cooked meal is a beautiful thing. You actually get to eat real food!

4. Your own bed

5. Missing out on family vacations

Being at college you are most likely to miss out on numerous family vacations. It is the worst especially when you are sitting in the library drowning in homework and you check social media and there you see all their pictures of them on the beach bathing in the sun with zero responsibilities.

6. Family time

This one is pretty self explanatory. How can you not miss family dinners, and snuggles on the couch with your momma.
