When it comes to fall, there's a lot to get excited about. The leaves are changing, clothing options get comfier, candy corn is available pretty much anywhere you go, and Halloween is approaching fast. If you love the spooky stuff and horror movies just aren't doing it for you anymore, it's time to take your courage to the next level. If you live in or around Morgantown and you think you're brave enough you need to check out the six places listed below!

1. Fright Farm

Location: Smithfield, PA Travel Time: 23 minutes

Fright Farm is approaching its' 28th year of operation and still going strong. If you want to ease into the scares, show up early and listen to live music, check out the vendors, and watch some horror movies. After that, it's off to the four haunted attractions. Start your spooks with Hayride of No Return where you'll pass whatever goes bump in the night through Rich Farms. Hallow Grounds will keep your heart pounding while you venture through the swamps and graveyards the creatures like to call home. As if the name itself wasn't already obvious, Frightmare Mansion won't welcome you with open arms. According to the Fright Farm website, "No longer is the estate run by human hands but is manipulated by the clawed, fanged, winged, and strange." Yikes! Just when you think you've escaped them, you'll be at the entrance of Terror Maze, and who knows what crazy beings are waiting for you in there.

2. Demon House

Location: Monongahela, PATravel Time: 59 minutes

Demon House is located on legitimately haunted grounds. Legend has it that a young widow named Carla built a mansion. During the process of building it, workers found human remains. This resulted in over 70 unmarked graves being brought to light. Carla had a history of being a healer, and some people referred to her as a witch and she would draw clients in from as far as Scotland. Years later a man and his ill daughter showed up to the run down mansion, only to find something horrifying in the basement. A sherrif and his crew arrived to investigate, and his niece reports that the men never came out.

With the addition of offering an authentic horror experience, Demon House offers campfires, shelters in case it rains, and an out door movie theater to catch whatever scary movie is on!

3. Haunted Hillside

Location: Mt.Pleasant, PATravel Time: 1 hour and 6 minutes

A spooky attraction that starts and ends in a hayride, Haunted Hillside does have an interesting backstory to go with it. In 2014, two boys dug up an interesting item in a field that sent the land into a haunted frenzy. This effected the Farmer Family who reportedly turned into a chaotic group of "killbillies". The authorities tried to take them down, but this lead to a battle and the armed forces lost. What killed them though? One would assume the Farmer Family but it was an occult. In 2017, the occult is still strong and making sure that Haunted Hillside remains true to it's name: haunted.

Take yourself through this haunted countryside and see if you can handle the horror!

4. Hundred Acres Manor Haunted House

If that's not scary enough for you, their newest addition is called the Sunset Lodge and it's a hotel fully occupied by serial killers. No? Still not scared? Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo
