College kids are the most stressed out humans on earth, no joke. We have millions of assignments, a social game, and our health to keep up with and it never works out how you plan it to.
If you are like me, you keep all your stress tuck away in a nice little ball, just waiting to explode. If you ever get stressed out, you temporality shut down from the world and stay still and quiet until the issue is resolved, or at least handled.
However, when your poor little brain cannot handle the stress anymore, it decides to self-destruct, and here are the stages of it:
1. Your chest gets oddly tight
2. You start crying
3. You call your mom and vent
4. Mom has a magical speech about how you are a badass bitch and can do anything you set your mind to.
5. Mom gets mean and tells you to suck it up
6. You wipe away the tears, shower, and get your life together!
