Do you ever feel stressed? Do you ever feel like you don't know what you're doing in life? Feel like you don't quite yet know how to adult properly? Maybe you even feel like you don't have your life together. Well lucky for you, I have some simple steps to help you feel like you have your life together, even if you really don't.

1. Wake up early

Take this tip in small doses. I'm not saying go from waking up at noon to 8 a.m. I'm saying to work in baby steps. Start with noon and then try 10 a.m, 9 a.m, 8 a.m, and so on. The earlier you wake up the more productive you will have felt at the end of the day.

2. Don't lay in bed all day

Waking up early just to lay in bed until 1 p.m won't make you feel productive. Jump out of bed right when you wake up and start your day.

3. Clean your room

I don't know about you but looking at a messy room makes me feel more stressed and a clean room makes me feel a little more put together.

4. Paint your nails

If thats your kind of thing. Whenever my nails are done I feel like it's 80 percent more believable that my life is together even when its really falling apart.

5. Make a To-Do list

Making a To-Do list helps me feel less stressed. But make sure you actually complete the tasks. Not completing the tasks can only add on more stress.

6. Dress nice

This one goes along with number four. Look good feel good, ya know? Its all a part of faking it until you make it.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
