6 Signs You Might Be A Chocoholic
Markus Spiske

Most people love chocolate. Some people love chocolate on an unhealthy level. Society has come to call these people "Chocoholics." I count myself among that number. It's so easy to find your next chocolate fix, it's difficult to not be a chocoholic. You can find chocolate almost everywhere you look, what with it being in checkout lanes in every store, let alone every restaurant on creation. Here is a list of some signs that might hint you are in fact a chocoholic.

1. You have an unhealthy obsession with chocolate

You want chocolate everything. Chocolate ice cream, Snickers, chocolate cake, Milky-way, chocolate milk, what have you. The list is endless. You aren't all that picky. As long as it's chocolate, you don't care much.

2. You need a regular chocolate fix

The convenience of chocolate on the shelves makes it easy to get your daily chocolate fix. In fact, you might even get headaches from the lack of sugar in your system.

3. You always have chocolate on your person. Always.

To get your regular chocolate fix, you keep it with you all the time. I mean all the time. You've got a personal stash in your purse, in the glove box of your car, or even in the drawer of your nightstand. Chocolate is either on your person or nearby at all times.

4. You have a secret stash

You have to hide your chocolate from your friends and family. They know that you always have it, so if they find it, you fear all of your chocolate will be gone before you know it, So instead of taking the risk, you hide all your chocolate.

5. Death By Chocolate could actually happen to you

Your favorite dessert at any restaurant involves the phrase "Death By Chocolate." You know what I'm talking about. You're probably imagining the sweet sugary overload right now. It's so rich you could cry. You gain ten pounds just looking at it and fear for a sugar over dose after you eat it. There's so much sugar, you sometimes wonder if you would go into Diabetic shock just from eating this one dessert, even if you aren't Diabetic. You eat that wonderful chocolate anyway because of the heavenly bliss it provides. If that's how you die, so be it.

6. February 15th is your favorite day of the year

Also known as Half-Off Chocolate Day, it is by far the best day of the year. You can go to any store that carries Valentine's Day chocolate and get a cart load for yourself. It'll probably last you for a few months. Probably.

There are so many reasons why you love chocolate. There's no way you could list them all in one place, let a lone all the little quirks that express that love. People sometimes wonder how you got by before you ever tried chocolate, and maybe you don't know either. Maybe you're always the go-to person to provide some chocolate for a friend. Maybe you just quietly put chocolate on everything. Chocoholics emerge in various ways, and no list could encompass every sign. If you think of any more, feel free to share them!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
