A week into the new year and you may already be faulting on your new year's resolutions, but it isn't too late to agree to make some changes in your life to better yourself. They don't have to be life altering resolutions, but even a small changes could make a huge difference.

1. Drink more water.

Take note to how much water you're drinking and maybe cut down on the binge drinking.

2. Go through your closet.

You know that you don't wear half of the things in your closet. Get rid of what you don't wear and make room for something new.

3. Clean and Organize your room.

Clean and organize every space in your room and try to keep it that way. You'll feel great knowing where everything is.

4. Save your change.

Cut down on all of your little spending habits and save any change that you have throughout the year. You'll be surprised with how much money you actually save.

5. Go for walks.

If you can't get to the gym opt out for a daily walk. Just try to get off the couch for an hour.

6. Go outside more.

Put the phone away for an hour or so a day. Unplug and go enjoy the fresh air.
