6 Reasons Why Wearing Crocs Should Be A Thing

Yes, I said it. Wearing Crocs should be praised instead of bashed. I myself am a firm believer in the Crocs' nation to the extent that I own the foam gems in multiple colors. Now, I know you're probably thinking, “this chick is nuts", but hear me out. Let me tell you why Crocs should be a part of everyone's lives.

1. They are slip resistant!!!
You heard me, slip resistant. How many times have you been running through the halls at school, only to fall and completely eat dirt in front of your fellow classmates?? Well unless you're Shawn Johnson, or the most well balanced person on earth, it probably happens quite often (or maybe it's just me). Anyway, why not prevent those embarrassing, inevitable moments? Invest in a pair of these lovely slip-on shoes and save your dignity.

2. They have air ventilation.
Nothing is worse than throwing on a pair of tennis shoes in the morning in preparation for you're long endless day of running around. By time evening hits and you go to take off your shoes and socks, your feet may be a tad sweaty and smelly. No one enjoys smelly feet. No one. Crocs are specially designed with air vents throughout the shoes to give your feet the breathing room they deserve.

3. They are versatile.
Don't underestimate the simplicity of their appearance. Crocs are made of a material called croslite that maintains durability. You can wear the wonders while in rocky waters, on the beach, hiking, biking, running and even skydiving! With their non-absorbent material, clean up is easy! Just hose off the shoes and they're all set for their next debut!

4. They are hardly there!
I'm talking light as a feather and as soft as one, too! Most styles are less than 6 oz.! Whaaaaaa?! Talk about light on your feet. Not to mention, their foam creates a cushiony foundation for the foot that they're embracing. Crocs are so dainty and comfortable that you will barely even realize you're wearing a shoe.

5. You can choose from any color imaginable.
I'm talking blue, yellow, orange, light pink, hot pink, red, white, black, teal, navy, mint green, purple, brown, gold, gray, and even camo. To style them up, you can even add little jibbets to personalize them to your liking! Please tell me what other shoe brand gives you that option?

6.You should not care about what Crocs haters think!
As James Franco would say, “haters gonna hate, and ainters gonna ain't.". So get over any negative predisposed feelings you may have about Crocs, go to the nearest outlet mall, pick out your new bffs, and rock them!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
