I don't know about you, but I have had several situations in my life where I wished I could have cared less, or learned to say no when I needed to. We all have moments in our lives where we wish we could say what we were actually thinking despite how rude it may come out. So I did some research in order to find out who I could learn to be sassy, sarcastic and maybe a little selfish from and I found the perfect person: Angelica Pickles from Rugrats.
"Angelica can best be described as the spoiled, sadistic, vain, sarcastic, selfish and antagonistic cousin of Tommy and Dil Pickles. She is known for her frequently manipulating the babies for her own gain, bullies them, and calls them "dumb babies." " Angelica Pickles may have been a toddler when Rugrats first came out, but even at a young age, she was already mastering the art of being a sassy girl who did whatever she wanted simply because she felt like it. So I'm here to give you six reasons we should all aspire to be just like Angelica.
1. She is the QUEEN at getting whatever she wants.
What better way to get absolutely anything you want than throwing an absolute tantrum until you get it?
2. Greatest way to make best friends? Be awful to them.
Isn't that how you find your best friends?
3. Being two-faced is always a good idea.
Angelica was always kind and polite to adults, then absolutely terrible to her "friends". Clearly, we should all have two sides to us.
4. If you don't have what you want, take it from someone else.
Another easy way to get what you want with very little hassle.
5. Yes, you should be dramatic.
No matter the circumstance, being dramatic will always make the situation better.
6. When in doubt always dance it out.Grey's Anatomy and Rugrats both believe in dancing it out, so it's time to dance it out.
Odyssey Rejects is a Twitter account that put's out "rejected article topics". There are several Odyssey Content Creators that find this page offensive or rude, while others enjoy to look at the page for a good laugh. Recently, my Editor in Chief came up with the idea to make these rejected articles, real articles. And I have to say that although this article is full of things you ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT DO (except dancing it out. ALWAYS dance it out), I had a blast writing this article. So thank you Abby Engel for this idea and thank you Odyssey Rejects for my topic. This was fun.
