6 Reasons To Date A Short Girl

Short girls are the absolute best. They are really fun to be around and can always put a smile on your face. Short girls also make the best girlfriends. Here are six reasons why you should date a short girl.

1. Short girls are adorable!

They are so little and so cute! Why wouldn’t you want to date someone who is that adorable? Plus, when she looks up at you with a smile and super cute eyes, your heart will absolutely melt. Even when they need help getting something that is too high or carrying something bigger than them, short girls are just the cutest!

2. She will always keep you at a moderate pace.

When you are walking with a short girl, you are constantly reminded to take things slow. You can’t be in that much of a hurry to get anywhere. Walk at a moderate pace. Enjoy life. There is no need to rush to your destination. Plus her little legs can’t keep up with your long strides.

3. She will fit perfectly into your hugs.

The best hugs are from someone shorter than you. The height difference allows for her to fit perfectly. That is an awesome feeling! Plus you can rest your chin on the top of her head. Speaking of that…

4. Your girlfriend can double as the world's greatest armrest.

If you are standing with your girlfriend, feel free to use her head or shoulder as an armrest. Believe me, this is totally ok and she will love it. Even if she claims that it is “her shoulder” and you “can’t use it.” Don’t believe her. She actually loves it.

5. Short girls can be feisty.

If she is mad at you, you will definitely know. This may also be really cute. She will tell you how it is (even if she is totally adorable while doing it). This is good because she will always keep you in check. Even if she is too cute to be mad or be mad at.

6. Short girls are just naturally more lovable.

I guess it goes along with being adorable and fitting so nicely into your hugs. I am not sure if it is related to their height, but short girls are often really sweet as well. They are the best to cuddle with (and almost always willing to cuddle). They are also very grateful when you help them reach something or slow down so they can keep up with you. Overall, short girls are just super lovable!

So, I would definitely recommend dating a short girl. They are definitely a unique breed all their own, and you need that in your life. Believe me, short girls make the absolute best girlfriends!

Bonus:

My girlfriend is really short and I think that she is pretty great. I guess I may be a little bit biased on this subject.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
