Ever since quarantine started, I've caught up on some movies I had to save in my Netflix list or just in the back of my head. The best thing about movies is that you can relate them to yourself in any way. My favorite thing to do is take quotes from these movies. Here are some that I've found much too relatable and you might want to watch them too.

1. "I'd rather kiss a dead mooses butt!" - Grumpy Old Men

After watching Grumpy Old Men, I honestly thought I was becoming one. I found myself saying this a couple of times when I was with my friends because it's truly hilarious. This movie is a funny, feel-good-movie. Watch it with some of your friends or family members and you'll be sure to laugh.

2. "I trust everyone, I just don't trust the devil inside them." - Italian Job

Everyone can be trusted to a certain extent, but I've noticed that people do have a little devil inside of them. Now, this may be a good kind of devil, but if it's a bad kind, they might not be as trustworthy or as good of a person as you think. Italian Job really explores the topic of one of your closest friends having the worst kinds of devils in them. An action-packed movie with a crazy plotline, this movie is definitely a must-watch.

3. "I love you, but I love me more." - Sex and The City The Movie

Many of you may know SATC for its long-lasting iconic show, but the movies are just as iconic. Self-discovery is definitely a big topic in these movies and you'll find yourself relating to it (maybe not by owning $1000 dresses and shoes but in a different way).

4. "Tales of your incompetence do not interest me." - Devil Wears Prada

The queen herself Meryl Streep playing the sassy Miranda Priestly giving us the best advice in the classiest ways. I've met a lot of incompetent people in my life and with this, I've realized that I shouldn't let it affect me really. If you want to watch what it's like to work in Vogue, go ahead and add this flick to your watch list.

5. "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer." - The Godfather

You always need to be on top of the game when it comes to your enemies. If you let them get too far from you, they might stab you in the back just like that. The Godfather series may be one of the most classic sets of films that exists that you must see at least once in your life. These movies might be a little long, but they're definitely worth the watch.

6. "Words and ideas can change the world." - Dead Poets Society

These are words you must live by and believe in. We can change the world, we just shouldn't be afraid. Dead Poets Society may be one of my favorite movies. Tragedy, love, and teaching of the true meaning of poetry, this film is a rollercoaster of emotions. A must watch.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
