As Pride Month draws to a close, I've realized that there are tons of LGBTQ YouTubers that have been making great videos recently. All of these people deserve more views, so without further ado, here are 6 LGBTQ YouTubers you should be watching!

1. Jessica Kellgren-Fozard

Jessica makes a variety of content. Because she has many disabilities (including being deaf and blind in one eye), she makes a lot of disability-centric videos as well as videos having to do with the LGBTQ community with her wife, Claudia.

Her various vlogs about her life experiences are fascinating to watch and I love her vintage aesthetic. Also, every video she makes with Claudia is adorable.

2. Elle Mills

Elle Mills is probably the most popular person on this list. She recently rose to YouTube fame - and for good reason.

She does short films and film-y vlogs. Every video is either very touching and tear-jerking or absolutely hilarious (or some strange mix of the two that puts me on an emotional roller coaster).

Though her videos aren't entirely LGBTQ-centric, she does touch on the subject a lot in them, as she is bisexual herself.

Her recent video where she came out as bi is beautiful and very much worth a watch.

3. Ash Hardell

Ash Hardell literally wrote the book on LGBTQ+ terminology (it's called "The ABCs of LGBT"). All of the videos are incredibly informative and adorable.

Their editing is also top-notch and they make an effort to include the music of lesser-known LGBTQ artists in their videos.

Ash and their wife Grace are both non-binary. Before, I struggled to figure out what exactly that meant. But watching their videos really help me to understand more about non-binary people's lives.

(Also, I had no idea that you could be transgender and non-binary at the same time until I watched the video above.)

4. Bisexual Real Talk

This channel is all about bisexuality, whether talking about bi representation in media or debunking myths about bisexuality. Host Alex Anders does a great job about approaching the subject.

He even helped to start the Bisexual Representation Awards in 2017, which awards various TV shows and actors for their portrayal of bisexuality, a sexual orientation that is so often misrepresented in shows and movies.

5. MacDoesIt

Mac's videos can be a bit jarring if you're unprepared, since he does a lot of quick jump-cuts and screaming in his videos, but to me, everything he makes is hilarious.

He specializes in very fast-paced comedy vlogs.

The thing I enjoy most about him is how unapologetically himself he is. He embraces the weird parts about himself and even highlights them.

6. Stef Sanjati

Stef is a transgender YouTube vlogger. She does your general vlogger videos, like story times and Q & As, but she also covers much deeper topics than your average vlogger.

What I really like about Stef is how open she is with everything she goes through, whether it's her physical transition, eating disorder recovery, her Waardenburg Syndrome, etc.

She also usually tries to end her videos on an inspirational message to her viewers, which is super sweet to see.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
