2. If you want a snack, eat fruit or vegetables.

5. Work out every other day, so your body has time to process and so you won't completely hate your life.
6. Try to cook your own food as much as you can. It doesn't have to be completely healthy, but anything is better than eating fast food every day.
Some examples of workouts you can do are P90X, which burns calories like no other. There're various disks that workout different parts of the body. They also make sure you stretch well enough and get warmed up. Plus there's a cooling down period at the end of every workout. Yoga is a good way to cool down and to gain back your composure. If you follow these six healthy tips you should start to see results fairly quickly and be ready to take on spring break with confidence!
