Christmas is Sunday and beneath your tree is bare. Let's be real, maybe you don't even have a tree up. You need gifts, ASAP.

Maybe you have a best friend who lives 1,731 miles away, or maybe you don't want to brave the holiday shopping madness. Either way, Amazon Prime has got you covered.

Don't have Prime? Well if you're a student its half off, and as someone who gets multiple Amazon packages a week, its completely worth it. If you're not a member find out how to join by clicking here!

To help you get started, here's 5 gift ideas that will get here in time for the holidays! Everything picture I found with a quick search and is under $20!

1. Star Wars Stuff

If you have a friend or family member into Star Wars there is TONS of cool stuff you can get them. Lightsaber chopsticks, R2D2 bento boxes, coloring books, you name it!

2. Gadgets for Tea Lovers

Who knew there were so many cool tea gadgets? Plus you can even Prime ship them a box of their favorite brew!

3. Board Games

I got my friend Jenga a couple years ago and he loved it. He was turning 26. Old school board games make a great throwback present. Or find a new game to spice up your next board game night.

4. Food Storage and Fun Cooking Things

If you have a friend who's super into clean eating, cooking, or baking, Amazon has hundreds of possible gifts. There's cute containers for avocados, baskets for fruit that hang your bananas, even a pan that creates more edges for your brownies (bottom left). Whether its practical or funny, there are a lot of options in the food realm.

5. Bluetooth Speakers

Bluetooth speakers are great for the shower, gym, patio, you name it. I love using mine to being able to blare my Spotify playlist while I clean house!

6. Alcohol Accessories

If you got a friend who loves alcohol, there are SO many possible gifts on Amazon. Bartending sets, cute wine glasses, drinking games, the list goes on. It may be too hard to send liquor via mail, but that doesn't mean you can't give them a great hookup in drinking accessories!

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
