Beyoncé recently finished up the American leg of her Formation World Tour, where she performs somewhere around 37 songs including many of the songs off of her newest album, titled "Lemonade," as well as many of her other hit songs from the past decade. As someone who experienced this show I thought I would put together a list of things that you will definitely experience while attending the concert.

Excitement

Whether you are sitting front row or in the nosebleeds you will be equally as excited to be seeing Queen Bey live and in person. For everyone, however, this excitement will probably hit at different times. For me it didn't set in until i got into the arena and they scanned my ticket; then I had a little freakout with my friends.

Unification

I can only speak for the city that I went to see Beyoncé in, but regardless it seemed like everyone was there just to see her. As soon as we got into the hotel the lobby was decorated with lemons and cartoon bees. They even had a table set up with some complementary lemonade. There were also signs all over with references to Beyoncé, and when i looked out the window I saw people wearing shirts with her face on it, jerseys that said flawless on the back of it, and even someone wearing her Ivy Park workout gear. It was a great feeling to see so many people unified for one thing, it was something I have never experienced before up until that point.

Amazement

Of course going to a Beyoncé concert you're going to expect to be amazed by her talent. I really was blown away by how great of a performer she was. She put everything into her dancing and singing and only stopped to change outfits. She never missed a step and the visuals shown on the giant spinning LED box had me in awe.

Happiness

During the show you will probably find yourself smiling pretty much the entire time, and belting out the lyrics to every song with your friends with absolutely no shame in sounding horrible. Your only focus is on Beyoncé and so is everyone else's so there is no judgement getting a little lost in the music.

Nostalgia

Beyoncé is an artist who has been around for some time now so there undoubtedly will be many moments that will bring you bring you back to when you were younger. When she sang Countdown it seemed like everyone in the arena knew the lyrics to that song.

Sadness

Even though everything about the concert will pretty much perfect, it does have one flaw. That flaw is that the show won't last forever and will have to come to an end. She ends it on a very high note, however, singing "Halo" with fireworks shooting to the sky from the stage. The post-concert depression from this show will be real.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
