Hey, someone's gotta do it

I Will Gladly Walk You Through A Crowd To Planned Parenthood

I will happily walk you through a crowd of protesters to get you into Planned Parenthood. You can count on me no matter who you are or what you are going there for. I don't care of your race, your gender, or what your sexual orientation is. You don't even have to tell me what you're going for, just know that I would gladly do it.

I will more than likely walk you through a crowd of protesters to get you safely into Planned Parenthood. If I'm not busy, I will be right at your side. If you are just there for a checkup, I will fight off the people trying to prevent you from getting inside. I will shout back at them with whatever they are throwing at you. If you are there for medication, I don't care how you got in that predicament. I'm glad you're doing something about it. If you are there for pregnancy problems, read the next sentence.

I will be proud to walk you through a crowd of protesters to get you into Planned Parenthood. If you are looking into having an abortion, I will hold your hand through the process. I understand, they all understand how hard it is so you are not alone. Ignore all of the people and know what you are doing is the right thing. I will help you through it no matter what.

I will smile as I walk you through a crowd of protesters, but this time, it's to have an abortion. Let's ignore the laws in place; you want to get one done, then it's your choice. You still have time. If you need a shoulder to cry on, I will let you do so and spill your emotions. You know why? Because I've been there, I know what it's like seeing females scared and not knowing what to do. I've been a support system before, and I will do it again for anybody. Once again, I know how hard it is.

I will still happily walk you through a crowd of protesters to get you into Planned Parenthood no matter who is standing outside. I don't care if it is your family, friends, or anyone doubting you. I wouldn't even care if it were my friends or family that were standing there. What you do is your business; it isn't anyone else's concern. I won't stay silent because I have a voice and I'm one to use it. Hell, I don't care if it's the President of the United States at the front door. Girl, I got you.

I will always walk you through a crowd of protesters to get you into Planned Parenthood. Why? Because I am a woman and I have rights to do so without anyone telling me I can't. I was safety for sex, I want options for unwanted pregnancy, and more importantly, I want a choice.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
