Life is hard. It's unexplainably hard. Sometimes we feel so alone that we don't know what to do. My mom always challenged me to find ONE thing to make me smile a day if I can smile once a day then everything is going to be okay. (Thanks to my XO sisters for helping me with this one.)

  1. Cheese Fries (THE BIN...or your favorite food)
  2. Children laughing/singing/dancing or Grandparents (My heart is for both of these)
  3. Sunshine (or your favorite weather)
  4. Your favorite movie ("Dead Poets Society")
