  1. This world and all its possibilities are infinite. Don’t limit yourself.
  2. You came into this world kicking and screaming and people have turned to hush you since the beginning; don’t ever let them.
  3. Love and forgiveness are two magnificently dangerous things.
  4. Your weight does not determine your worth.
  5. Don't forget to take your medicine.
  6. Life can be more fun if you imagine you’re the star in an indie movie.
  7. You can say you’re sorry all you want but words only matter if they are accompanied by actions.
  8. The sun rises every morning, but how many times have you actually gotten up when the world is just beginning to come alive, and watched it.
  9. Call your family and friends and tell them you love them.
  10. We are the only known inhabited planet. In all of gorgeous, incredible space, we are the only ones who are alive the way that we are. The fact that we exist is a miracle.
  11. Don't let people push you around.
  12. It’s always going to rain, and it’s always going to storm, and it’s always going to be cold, but you won’t be sad forever.
  13. Someone loves you.
  14. You are a miracle. You live and breathe and function in all of the craziness that exists around us everyday.
  15. I am proud of you.
  16. In the summertime you can feel every mistake and ill wish melting from your skin as you turn darker.
  17. Don’t forget to make wishes on shooting stars.
  18. But make sure you don’t tell anyone what you wished for.
  19. Get out of bed and stretch if you haven’t moved yet today.
  20. Don’t forget to eat and drink water.
  21. Leaving forever sounds like a good idea until you can’t take it back.
  22. There will always be people who miss you.
  23. And there will always be people who don’t.
  24. There is a person who looks at you and thinks you’re the best thing that ever happened to them.
  25. Baby sea turtles have to find their way to the ocean and make a home there all by themselves. You can make it in this big world too.
  26. Everyone is scared of something.
  27. Crying doesn’t make you weak.
  28. The next time you want to hurt yourself take a red marker and draw on your body instead.
  29. You can love who you want to love and that doesn’t make you less of a person.
  30. You are good.
  31. Baths and tea and good music can do a lot of healing.
  32. Having a pet (even just a fish) to take care of is something that will make you get out of bed every day.
  33. Everyone likes to feel special.
  34. And everyone loves to receive flowers.
  35. Remember the leaves change every year. Remember that you can too.
  36. Don't let people convince you that this world isn't beautiful.
  37. Plan something to do at the end of the week so you have something to look forward to.
  38. Don't forget to study for your test and do your homework.
  39. You will always be bigger and better than the abuse you have faced.
  40. Sunshine can make you feel hopeful again.
  41. So remember that next time it rains.
  42. Trees are meant to be climbed.
  43. Blankets will always be for building forts.
  44. And chocolate milk can make anyone feel better.
  45. So don't forget how to be a kid.
  46. Knowing all the constellations will impress your date.
  47. And being a good person will go even further.
  48. Your high school friends still remember you.
  49. Everyone gets a bad haircut or dye at some point.
  50. Oh man, you're gonna look back one day and be so proud of yourself. You should be proud now.
