Everyone knows that in this day and age, it is sometimes hard to find things that make us want to smile. Bad things happen left and right, but you know what? That's life. Bad things happen and good things happen. Even though it's hard, I try to focus on the good things that happen in life, because dwelling on the bad things doesn't help anything. So here is a list of 100 things to be happy about!

1. Puppies

2. Fall leaves crunching under your feet

3. Cute babies

4. The Chicago Cub's curse breaking World Series win

5. Long conversations with good friends

6. Good hair days

7. The holiday season

8. Cozy blankets

9. Family time

10. Thanksgiving food

11. Your favorite t-shirt

12. Fuzzy socks

13. The first sip of warm coffee in the morning

14. Lazy Sundays

15. Your favorite song coming on at the exact moment you need to hear it
