Life can be tough, but with the right words of encouragement, we all get through the hard times. Here are 50 things that get me through this crazy adventure we call life.

Through the good times and the bad, life is a crazy, beautiful adventure. While there are great days, there are also days that feel as if you are living in your biggest nightmare. Here’s some words of advice I feel everyone needs to hear to get through life.

1. Everything happens for a reason.

2. Not everyone is going to appreciate you as much as you appreciate them.

3. Failing that one test is not going to matter in 4 years.

4. God is always with you.

5. Not all people are going to be as nice as you are.

6. There is always a reason to smile.

7. Never try to be someone you are not.

8. It’s okay to cry every once and awhile.

9. Look at the positives in every situation.

10. Never give up.

11. Never settle for less than you deserve.

12. Treat others how you want to be treated.

13. Never expect anything, but strive for the best.

14. Pray about everything.

15. Don’t give into peer pressure.

16. Ice cream makes everything better.

17. It’s never too late to be a better you.

18. You are beautiful.

19. Laugh more.

20. Believe in yourself, even when you feel as if nobody believes in you.

21. Never take your family for granted.

22. Thank God for everything he has blessed you with.

23. You will regret the chances you didn’t take rather than the ones you did.

24. Don’t let others opinions stop you from living your dream.

25. Live for experiences.

26. Don’t stress yourself out about temporary things.

27. Never let an opportunity run past you.

28. Comparing yourself to others will only hurt you in the long run.

29. You can’t have a better today if you are still thinking about yesterday.

30. Never judge anyone, you don’t know what they may be going through.

31. Smile through the hard times.

32. Trust in God that everything will be okay.

33. Always give others a second chance, but never a third.

34. Have confidence in yourself.

35. Stay positive.

36. Don’t be afraid to tell someone how you feel.

37. Accept that not everyone is going to love you.

40. Take lots of pictures, but not too many.

41. Don’t get too attached to unnecessary things.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day.
