Summer classes have many perks: graduating early, small classes, less assignments, etc. However, instead of classes, you could be traveling, spending time with family, saving money, and so much more! I was forced to make the dreadful decision: "to take or not to take classes during the summer" a few weeks ago. As I contemplated my answer, I found all these things listed below to be less awful than taking classes. So, if you are trying to evaluate your need for summer classes, take a gander at these things that are actually much better, or at least much less inconvenient.
1. Listening to the radio on a long road trip.
2. Using 2-in-1 shampoo.
3. Getting toothpaste on your shirt right before leaving the house.
4. Forgetting what you came in the room for.
5. Having your alarm go off on the weekend.
6. Getting stuck behind a train.
7. Losing your favorite hair tie.
8. Having bangs.
9. Using HotSpot for internet.
10. Getting a farmer's tan.
11. Getting sand in your food at the beach.
12. Watching commercials.
13. Sitting in the "wheel-hump" seat on a school bus.
14. Riding a school bus in general.
15. Non-chronological Instagram.
16. Ads in Facebook videos.
17. Kidz Bop.
18. New Disney Channel.
19. Waiting for machines at the gym.
20. Finding on-campus parking after 10 AM.
21. Waiting for grades after finals.
22. Driving through the rain with crappy windshield wipers.
23. Walking in the sand with flip flops on.
24. Helping someone move.
25. Cleaning...anything.
26. Going to a Nickelback concert.
27. Traveling United Airlines.
28. Having a cat.
29. Going to Applebee's.
30. Getting to Whataburger at 11:01am.
31. Going to the University of Florida.
32. Waiting for a software update.
33. Eating trial mix without M&Ms.
34. Drinking unsweet tea.
35. McDonald's broken ice cream machines.
36. Pouring cereal before realizing there's no milk.
37. Running in the sand.
38. Running, period.
39. Living somewhere without a Publix.
40. Family photoshoots.
41. Tourists.
42. Intersections with "No Right Turn on Red."
43. Blowing a 28-3 lead.
44. Doing all the work in a group project.
45. Being Vegan.
46. Wearing Crocs.
47. Eating only purple skittles.
48. Brussel sprouts.
49. Making lists.
50. Literally anything....
