1. You really do meet lifelong friends.
The friends I have met in this short 8 months or so, are ones that I am going to want around for the rest of my life.
2. You'll also make a mom friend, if you aren't one. If you are one, you will become the mom friend 2.0. Cherish this.
3. You will walk, everywhere.
4. ^^ Because chances are underclassmen parking will be filled with upperclassman. Sorry.
5. One meal out and about can become two if you have portion control.
6. Don't talk too much politics, because honestly not a lot of people care.
7. DEAD WEEK IS A THING.

19. Grouping (when you are around people so much you talk/think/act like them) is also alive and well.
20. People are sometimes loud and obnoxious but just listen.
21. Don't mess with game days' on campus.
22. Also, wear your gear for professional teams on game day and if its a collegiate game, you better be decked out.

It is not the end of the world, but it is hella stressful.
28. High school WILL NOT prepare you, no matter what your teachers say.
