Generally speaking, music is widely known for helping people overcome depression and anxiety while simultaenously giving them a chance to express themselves. With school being right around the corner, it can be difficult to get back into the swing of things after a relaxing and fun summer vacation. Something that always helps me jumpstart my day is listening to my favorite playlists on apps like Spotify and Pandora. With the help of apps like these, I'm always able to find new tunes to make my very own playlists.
