Don't get me wrong, I love Netflix but every website has room for improvement. I mean, when I'm on Netflix I'm not trying to spend three hours looking for something to watch only to end up watching "Friends" for the fiftieth time (not that I don't love "Friends"). So Netflix, if you're reading this, take this as constructive criticism and maybe think about getting the licenses for some of these shows and movies.

1. Drake and Josh

2. She's the Man

3. Hannah Montana (the series)

4. iCarly (childish? yes. funny? absolutely.)

7. All That

8. Rugrats

9. That's So Raven

10. Boy Meets World

12. Lizzie McGuire (the series)

18. What A Girl Wants

19. Remember The Titans

20. The Social Network

21. Lion King

22. Bridesmaids

23. Full House

31. Mamma Mia!

32. Eat, Pray, Love

33. Anything with Ryan Reynolds

34. The Proud Family

35. Even Stevens

36. Kim Possible

38. Scooby-Doo

39. Monsters Inc.

40. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

41. The Nanny

42. Billy Madison

43. Happy Gilmore

44. All the Disney Princess movies

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

8. "The whole philanthropy thing isn't real, right?"

Well all those fundraisers and marketing should would be a waste then wouldn't they?

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
