College food and Commons dining halls. No one can resist pizza with different toppings or the Chinese food. By the end of the week, you realize you have been eating more than you have been working out. Then it hits you that you haven't gone to the gym in like three weeks because you keep procrastinating and you never do it because you don't have time.

Well, you don't have to go to the gym anymore; we've got the best five workouts you could daily

1. Walking up the Alkek stairs

Admit it or not, this is the best and the worst leg workout at 8 a.m., whether it's to go to class or just to go to the library!

2. Carrying your dishes in the dining halls

You've got four plates; pizza, salad, pasta and deserts. But carrying those four plates back can be a painful arm workout.

3. Bending to plug your computer

When you want to plug your computer and there are no plugs nearby, you are forced to bend over by the floor or across the table, which consequently works your abs off.

4. Typing

There's really nothing worse than typing three essays in one day that will make your arm muscles sore, but hey, as long as you don't end up with carpal tunnel, you should be fine!

5. Carrying your books

You just don't understand why any of your professors asked you to bring your books (which altogether feels like it weighs more than your own body) to class today. But all in a day's work, I guess.

See? You've been working out this entire time without even realizing it! However...it may be time to actually hit the gym. You know...to get some legitimate workout time?

Friendship. It's defined as the state of being attached to another person by feelings of affection or personal regard, but what really is friendship? Is it that occasional hallway talk with that one person who always manages to cheer you up? Is it that relationship you have with someone where they can be gone for a long period of time, but when they come back, it's like they never left? Is it spending every waking hour with someone, and knowing every detail about their life? Is it the relationship that's filled with fighting, but filled with even more resolution? I've learned that it's all of these things, and every friendship is different. It's a beautifully dysfunctional mess that should always be cherished and never be taken for granted.
