It's that time again. The time where we are hyped up on coffee, and we might not even to be able to remember our own names. We study all night and get little sleep. We are constantly going back to health services because stress makes us sick. It's midterm season. I'm going to give you five ways to relax during midterms.

1. Go to bed early.

The odds of you retaining anything when exhausted isn't great. It's better to get some sleep so you can be healthy for the months of stress that follow midterms.

2. Meditate

Light some incense and get in touch with your zen. Create a feeling of calm and happiness. Even if it's just a couple times a week.

3. Plan ahead.

Being on top of things really helps get rid of stress. Make lists and use your planner. Do your assignments before the last minute and start studying for tests early.

4. Take a bath.

I know that some people hate baths, but they can be very relaxing. Get a bath bomb, and turn on some music and forget about all the due dates you might be forgetting for a little bit.

5. Hangout with friends.

Being with friends and laughing and venting is a good way to relieve some stress. It's good to know that you're not alone.
