2017 is upon us, and with a new year comes new beauty trends. For those who follow makeup, hair, and fashion tutorials religiously (like me) you may have seen some strange new things popping up on the internet. While some of them seem a little out there, there's quite a few that I'm really into.

1. Colorful hair.

I am so glad that this is coming back in. I remember dying my hair every color of the rainbow back in middle school - and now I rock blue hair. Bring out your inner mermaid guys!

2. Glitter roots.

Some people have mixed feelings about this - but I love all things glitter!

3. Glitter eyeshadow.

4. Colorful eyeshadow.

Remember looking back at mom's blue eyeshadow from the 80's? Well, lucky for you, it's definitely a trend again.
