The 5 Most Underrated Rides at Cedar Point

Cedar Point, like any theme park, has it's famous attractions. Top Thrill Dragster. Millennium Force. These are synonymous with Cedar Point. But what about all of the other rides at Cedar Point? Which ones are worth riding? Well, continue reading, my friends, and you shall see!

1. Magnum XL-200. This may be my all time favorite ride at Cedar Point. Don't freak out. Although the ride is decades old, it most definitely does not disappoint. It has a hill that rivals Millennium, and it does not lose speed the entire ride. There are multiple large drops and the ride is actually really long. One of the best parts of the ride is the tunnels you go through. They are completely dark and you have no idea what turn you're about to take.

2. Gemini. Yes, wooden coasters can be fun! I promise! Sometimes more fun, actually. The new steel rides may be faster or smoother, but the wooden rides offer a jostling and rickety ride you can't experience anywhere else. The click-click-click of the chain as you ascend the wooden monstrosity of a hill beneath you seems to have so much suspense than the clean ride of the new coasters. Gemini is a long ride, with many twists, turns, hills and most definitely deserves a ride.

3. Power Tower. Yes, this is not a roller coaster...yeah whatever. Granted, I only rode this ride because the wait was literally 5 minutes, but still. The terror and excitement this ride caused me was more than some of the coasters caused. The adrenaline of being at the top, taking in the entire view of the park, but knowing you are seconds away from plunging to the ground is exhilarating. Sidenote: this ride is infinitely better at night.

4. Raptor. A classic steel coaster, this one delivers everything it promises. With a wait time of approximately half to one-third of the newer coasters, this ride gives an equal, if not better experience. A ridiculous amount of loops and turns are enough to satisfy any thrill seeker.

5. Wicked Twister. Wow, I love this ride. Seriously I don't think anyone gives this ride the time of day and it upsets me because it is the greatest. This is the one with the two sides that curl upwards towards the sky and you ride up and then backward? Sound familiar? Well you should actually ride it, and definitely wait to sit in either the very front or bacl, trust me. I've been on Top Thrill, and I still love this ride.

Well, I hope I was able to help expand your Cedar Point knowledge. Next time you go, I hope you will give one of these guys a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
