Studying for midterms can be just as stressful as studying for your final. Here are a few thoughts that I know we all have during this struggle.
1. This is easy. No big deal. I don't even need to study that much.
2. Well, my midterm is in a few days... I guess I should maybe look over some notes.
3. OK. It's the night before. I've got to actually study...wait, what is this stuff?
4. Okay. Today is the day. Relax. Be calm. I've got this. I've got this. Breathe.
5. YAY! It's over. That wasn't that bad. Now I can finally relax for 5 minutes before college takes over my life again.
