There is actually nothing better than the feeling of being done with finals and having absolutely nothing to do or worry about. Three months of summer vacation lay ahead of you, and you can't wait to get out of Stillwater, and back to your hometown that has a Target and Canes.
But a few weeks into break, you are going to start missing the great town of Stillwater. Here are the things you will miss the most.
1. Coney
Nothing comes close to Coney. You will find yourself contemplating a four hour drive back to Stillwater for it.
2. A town that almost never sleeps
There is actually no such thing as curfew here.
3. The Greek neighborhood
It's guaranteed someone will always be outside. Also, frat laps. We will miss those a lot.
4. Living no further than two minutes from all of your friends
Absence makes the heart grow fonder. And unless you set aside a good chunk of travel time to go visit your friends, there will be quite a LONG absence.
5. Your pledge class
You take for granted seeing them every single day -- until you're 12 hours into a Netflix marathon alone in your bed at home, and you realize you actually miss them.
