This Father’s Day, make it the best Father's Day your dad has ever had. There are so many things you can do, your day will be filled with endless fun and a day your dad will never forget.

1. Have breakfast with him.

You may not think this is a big deal, but it is to our parents. They like spending every moment they can with their kids. Whether if it is you going out to your favorite diner or cooking some good home cooked breakfast at home. See if there is a favorite breakfast food they enjoy and have that for breakfast. Again these are all really small things but it's huge to them.

2. Help your dad do some maintenance around the house.

Believe it or not, your dad is not superman; he is going to need help sometime soon. Whether it's picking a big shrub out of the ground or holding a piece of wood or just going to the hardware store to get a heavy object it’s a big help and let's you get to spend more time with your dad.Maybe if you are lucky, he will fix your brakes that you haven't got to yet. Dads are very simple and love spending time with there kids and love doing things with them.

3. Go fishing.

Most dads really enjoy going fishing because it's time they get to spend in the great outdoors and like catching fish. The only thing that could make this better is if their kids were there with them. They would love the company and being able to talk to someone while they fish. Who knows maybe you will catch your first fish. So this fathers day, pack the cooler, the tackle box and head to the lake.

4. Go see a ball game.

Go see a local baseball game with him. Dads love sports and most love a good baseball game. Whether it's your first one or your tenth one, you're bound to have fun, especially with your dad. Maybe you will catch a foul ball or home-run and create a memory you will never forget with your dad.

5. Go for a ride.

Everyone loves a good ride around town, going sight-seeing and maybe even seeing something they haven’t seen before. If you are working on you driver's permit maybe, ask to drive and your dad can help you prepare for your drivers’ test. Maybe, even, he will speed down a long back road with you. Dad's love driving around sight-seeing, especially with their kids.

By the end of the day, you and your dad will be exhausted by your fun-filled day, and ready for dinner.

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. To My Loving Boyfriend,

  • Thank you for all that you do for me
  • Thank you for working through disagreements with me
  • Thank you for always supporting me
  • I appreciate you more than words can express
  • You have helped me grow and become a better person
  • I can't wait to see where life takes us next
  • I promise to cherish every moment with you
  • Thank you for being my best friend and confidante
  • I love you and everything you do

To start off, here's something I don't say nearly enough: thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do so much for me that I can't even put into words how much I appreciate everything you do - and have done - for me over the course of our relationship so far. While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
