5 Things Girls Do When They See A Random Dog
She Knows

They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but do they see how girls react when they see a dog? There’s such a thing as being a dog or cat person. Most people say they are not cat people, but almost everyone is a dog person. If you say you aren’t please click out of this page and deal with Satan because all dogs do go to heaven. However, to be fair not all dogs are friendly and cute. Sometimes someone can be genuinely traumatized by a bad dog experience and it is totally valid. BUT when girls are huge dog lovers here are 5 things girls do when they see a dog.

1. Gasp in awe

“Oh my godddd Jessicaaa look at that small little puppers! He’s so cute and small”

The first thing girls usually do when spotting a cute pupper is hit the nearest person and scream in awe to not look weird doing it alone. She wants everyone to know that there is a cute dog in the premises and everyone also needs to agree. By cooing and saying loud exclamations such as “Oh my god” and “wow” are not only for the dog, but to compliment the owner for doing a great job of taking care of the dog.

2. Talk to the Dog First and Not the Owner

“Aren’t you a handsome little thing!” Girls like to hover over the dog and make eye contact with the dog. Why talk to a human when you can talk to a dog am I right? Plus girls do this because dogs are ten times more approachable than a human.

3. Talk to the Owner

“Is it a girl or boy? Oh, a girl?! What breed is she?! Wow How old is she?!” Once making interaction with the dog, girls then have a strong desire to pet the dog so they are forced to contact the owner to have the access to touch its soft fur by asking the owner friendly questions.

4. Their Voices get an octave higher

Have you noticed that when girls get really excited their voices get a bit more high pitched? Well, that’s what happens with girls when they see a cute dog passing by. They coo at the dog and talk in this odd baby voice. I am also guilty of this.

5. Compare the dog they see to their own dog

“Oh yeah, my dog is also a Labrador. She likes to chew on her ball like that too. It’s so cute!” Typically girls like to acknowledge how cute a dog is, but no dog is as cute as her own. Comparing and bragging about her own dog is the equivalent of a mother bragging about her own children.

No matter how many times a girl sees a dog, there is a guaranteed reaction that follows which are listed above. However, this list does not just relate to girls as well. This can relate to any huge dog lover and I do not blame them. Dogs are meant to be loved and to be acknowledged so to all you dog lovers out there GOOD JOB, you are doing it right.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
