And just like that, OSU's regular season is over. What are we supposed to do on Saturdays now? Are Saturdays still for the Bucks? Students may be confused now about what to do with all their extra time, but before you know it it'll be football season again.
1. Do your homework
Okay, this is probably not the answer you were looking for. Not that football season is over though, there's so much more time to attempt to save your drowning GPA before the semester is over. Saturdays used to be for the Bucks, but now they're for camping out in Thompson.
2. Throw yourself into the Christmas season
Football and Thanksgiving are over, which means it's now time to fully throw ourselves into the Christmas spirit. Rock those Christmas socks and ugly sweaters (assuming you haven't already). You should have some extra space in your closet now that you're retiring your block outfits.
3. Go to other sporting events
I know, I know. Who knew OSU had other sports besides a football team, right? OSU has plenty of other amazing sports teams though, and they're the perfect solution to fill your football-sized gap in your heart.
4. Sleep in
Now that we don't have to worry about getting up at the crack of dawn for Block, sleep seems like the best option to fill in your Saturday mornings and afternoons. No more setting alarms to perfect your game day outfit.
5. Save up money for next year's tickets
Let's be honest, tickets can get pricey. Student tickets are definitely better than whatever real adults are paying, but it can be hard to sacrifice the $150+ to go to the games. Start picking up odd jobs now so you'll be able to pay for your tickets no problem come this summer
