There will always come times in life when you look around and feel completely lost. Maybe you feel empty or totally misplaced- as if everything is wrong and something has to change. Because, somehow, you've lost yourself. Here's how to regain your center.
1. Go for a run or a long walk by yourself. Clear your mind. Allow yourself to feel everything you're thinking.
2. Organize your space. Your room and your planner. Give everything a time and place.
3. Listen to new songs. Make a playlist for the change you're going to make.
4. Figure out what you want to be doing... and do it. Force yourself to make the change as soon as you possibly can.
5. Don't quit or give up. The harder you push yourself, the happier you will be. Stay with the changes you make, and don't look back.
