We know EVERYONE is going to sing these songs. So HERE is a list of songs you should NEVER sing for an audition! Most of this information is my own common knowledge as an actor for over ten years, and from HERE .

1. "Popular" from "Wicked"

Everyone knows not to sing anything from "Wicked". It's just a thing, don't do it, people will laugh at you.

2. "Gimme Gimme" from "Thoroughly Modern Millie"

BECAUSE. EVERYBODY. SINGS. SUTTON. FOSTER.

3. "Astonishing" from "Little Woman"

Really guys? You cant come up with anything better then this? If you choose this, you better sell it because thirteen other girls are going to be singing it.

4. "In My Own Little Corner" from "Cinderella"

Yeah, i learned that the hard way. Even for Cinderella, folks. Picked by every Soprano ever.

5. "Part Of Your World" from "The Little Mermaid"

Yeah, everybody picks this song. Alan Menken was the composer so for like all of his shows people pick it. Eh.
