Throughout the week I find myself needing a little encouragement. Even though I know what I need to hear, it's always nice to be reminded of the simple things. So if you need a pick me up this week, here you go!

1. You are AWESOME.

There are times where I find myself discouraged. I don't think I am cool enough or even worthy of someone's time. Boy, that's such a life. If you find yourself believing that also, just know you are SO AWESOME. Someone's life is completely changed because you're in it. Keep being you and know that no one else in this world is like you!

2. You are going to do great things!

As a college student, I easily think I am not worthy of anything great. That i'll just live an average life going through the motions. Uh no. You are full of so much potential and you are going to do great things! You can bring something to the table, no one else can. Whether it be working in the bank or opening up a business, You are going to change the world!!

3. You are loved.

I know this one seems like a no brainer, but there are times where I wish someone could remind me this a time or two. Of course I know I am loved, but to hear it always changes the game. You are so loved. You have friends around you who adore you, a family who cares about you, and a God who has created you.

4. Good things are just around the corner.

Do you ever feel like you've had a constant bad luck streak? Constantly questioning when the next good thing will come your way? Yeah, me too! The good thing is, it is! One thing I have learned is that good things are always just around the corner. Keep your head up, there coming your way!

5. Always say yes to Ice Cream

Just to lighten the mood, nothing is sweeter than ice cream itself. So if you are having a bad day, a pint of ice cream can do the fix.
