5 Signs You've Found Your Soulmate Best Friend

As Meredith Grey once said, “She’s my person. If I murdered someone, she’s the person I’d call to help me drag the corpse across the living room floor. She’s my person.” We all have that person, but just how important is that person to you? Here are five signs to help you figure out if you've found your soulmate best friend.

1. You guys have your own language

We all have inside jokes with people, but sometimes jokes aren't enough. Good communication is key in a relationship. Having an exclusive language sets the bar even higher. If you two are laughing it up together while other people are scratching their heads, you have more than just secrets together -- you have a world of your own.

2. Other people get annoyed when you're together

If the two of you, together, spells trouble with a capital T, then you guys are DEFINITELY doing something right. As a best friend power couple, people should be afraid of what you guys are capable of when you're together. Nothing says "soulmates" like people dreading when you two are in the same room!

3. People think of you two as a package deal

Like yin and yang (get what I did there?), you and your best friend are connected at the hip. You wouldn't be you without your best friend, and your best friend wouldn't be your best friend without you. If one of you gets invited to a party, the both of you show up like you own the place. There's no going anywhere without her because you guys just aren't the same without each other.

4. Her closet is your closet

Soulmates are known to be cut from the same cloth -- in this case, literally! If her style and closet is just an extension of yours, then you can bet that she is the matching purse to your shoes. Great minds think alike, but soulmates think the exact same.

5. She makes an appearance in all of your Instagram posts

When people aren't surprised to see her in your posts, that means she's been in almost all of them. If she's who you want by your side in every picture for the whole world (aka all of your Instagram followers) to see, then you've most likely found the best friend you want by your side for the rest of your life.

If you and your best friend are all of those things, and more, odds are you've found the one, and most likely you'll be doing those things together until you're both grannies. Every girl needs that special support system that can only be found in a soulmate best friend, so if you've found yours, always remember how much she means to you and how much you mean to her.

For the average 20-something, life moves pretty fast. You’ve got classes, friends, relationships, jobs, family, and whatever else we overcommit ourselves with. College students, you might be able to relate to this one. These probably sound familiar because we often tell ourselves these phrases; however, we are unable to follow or agree with these the following, deep down inside of our overwhelmed, tired minds.

1. "No more spending money on useless things"

Until you walk into a 99 cents store and suddenly have the urge to pick up anything that's less than a dollar.
