Hi, my name is Obsessed and I'm a Netflix-aholic. Though, in all seriousness, Netflix is streaming every day in my apartment, and while it may only be for an hour a day, Netflix has completely taken over my life. Whether I need a pick-me-up from a bad day by watching a comedic TV show like Baby Daddy or Psych, or I need some top notch romantic comedies in my queue, Netflix always has my back and by goodness, it never lets me down. It's never farther than a click away, and while I know that I am fully dependent on Netflix, I am not ashamed to say that I am indeed, addicted.

1. You have Netflix set up on every mobile device you have.

I have a SmartTV, iPhone, MacBook, and a tablet, and Netflix is logged on and ready to go on every single one of them. Netflix is available at all times wherever I go and I definitely take full advantage of that.

2. Nothing makes you more frustrated than that loading circle.

Nothing is worse than being in the middle of a crucial part and out of nowhere, you get stuck on 99% for several minutes with that circle unwavering. And, if that loading circle catapults you into your Mr. Hyde, you're Netflixing correctly.

3. You rewatch shows in your queue a thousand times, possibly because you've already watched everything else.

I've probably watched Baby Daddy, Arrow, and Psych at least seven times all the way through (and yes, I mean every season). So, if you have those shows that you go to when you've seen everything else, watch countless times, and know almost every word... Honey, you're addicted.

4. You stay up-to-date on when Netflix adds new shows and movies, as well as when they remove them.

Netflix sends me notifications when my shows are updated with new seasons, and I'm always one of those people who research what shows are coming when. But, nothing hurts worse than when that one movie or TV show that's been there forever is removed (yes, I'm looking at you Everybody Loves Raymond).

5. You Netflix more than you sleep.

Don't even think about lying. You know good and well that if you sleep less than you watch Netflix, you may have yourself a slight problem. But, don't worry — I'm in the exact same boat as you, friends. "Binge Netflix and Barely Sleep" is my motto.

All in all, Netflix has consumed my life. And while I may be very much addicted to it, in all of its glory, I know that I am not alone in my hobbit-like consumption. So, here's to us, the Netflix Junkies... May we live long happy lives wrapped in our blanket burritos and the coffee close by!

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

8. "The whole philanthropy thing isn't real, right?"

Well all those fundraisers and marketing should would be a waste then wouldn't they?

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
