Having a great group of friends is rare and something to be cherished. These are five signs that you are fortunate enough to have that.

1. You have a group text going at all times.
You're constantly sending each other funny quotes and pictures throughout all hours of the day and night. It's very rare that you go a day without sending a message to each other in the group text.

2. You've lived together at one point or another.
And it was probably the best and worst time of your life. Living with people you're really close to is great because they already know your quirks. But, it can also be the worst decision of your life because you're already so comfortable with each other that you may not respect the other's wishes.

3. Whenever you make plans, it's safe to assume the whole group is showing up.
If you make dinner plans with one of your friends, you can count on the rest of your friends showing up too. It's always an open invite, so you know not to get upset when you see two friends hanging out. You just join them!

4. You can hang out in total silence, and it's completely normal.
You're probably on your phones or napping, and it's still totally fun! In fact, you probably invite each other over for the sole purpose of napping and watching Netflix. Those are the true friends right there.

5. You know everyone's favorite drinks, movies, everything.
When you're driving to their house, you pick up Starbucks, and you don't even need to ask what they want. Or when they're in the bathroom when the waitress comes around to take your order, you know what they would want.

The first two weeks of classes have come to an end and they have been anything BUT easy. It seems like life has been serving up more bad than good and in all honesty, the only thing you want to do is crawl under your covers and hide from the rest of the world.

Although this seems like the best solution, it is also the easy way out. Take it from the girl who took basically a whole week off from her life because she just could not handle everything that was being thrown at her. This caused her to feel extremely lonely and even more stressed out for being behind in classes that JUST began.

11 Things We Learned From Brooke Davis

"What's more important? What we become or how we become it?"

Brooke Davis

"She was fiercely independent, Brooke Davis. Brilliant, and beautiful, and brave. In two years she had grown more than anyone I had ever known. Brooke Davis is going to change the world someday, and I'm not sure she even knows it." - Lucas Scott, An Unkindness of Ravens

Brooke Davis of the hit show One Tree Hill was the it girl - she had it all, or so we thought. She started out as a stuck-up, shallow, spoiled, head cheerleader who didn't have her life together. She slept around a lot and loved to party - sounds like your typical high school teenager right? Wrong. B. Davis had so much more to offer. Caring, loyal, and outspoken, she has taught us some valuable lessons throughout the 9 seasons that OTH was on the air:

We all have a person, and when that person makes some new friends, we tend to forget all the great things that can come out of it. Never forget how special they are to you and why you are best friends.
