5 Signs You Are Graduating In May

1) People are constantly asking you what your plans are after graduation.

Post college plans are a constant topic of discussion in the final months of your college career. Everyone wants to know what your big plans for after graduation, and half the time you just want to give them an honest "I don't know". You may have some plans in the works, but they always seem to be changing.

2) You spend all your free time scrolling through job postings, applying for said jobs, and updating your resume

Any free time you have, you find yourself looking for jobs. It almost becomes more entertaining that scrolling through social media. But you also find yourself constantly updating your resume and applying for all of these jobs, which is just as stressful as it sounds.

3) You can't wait to be done with school, but also never want it to end

As excited as you are to be done, you also can't believe your college years are almost over. You are super excited for no more homework, but you will also be leaving behind some great friends and even better memories.

4) Seeing other people figuring out their lives stresses you out.

As happy as you are for your friends figuring out what their next step is, it is also extremely stressful. You are just as eager to find your path, and it can diffiult watching everyone else do it while you are fumbling along.

5) You are not entirely sure you are ready for the real world

So long are the days of rolling out of bed and heading to class in sweats. College is a great deal of work, but can also be a very relaxed atmoshpher. So after graduation rolls around, most college students will have to adjust to the much different way of living. We will figure it out eventually, but that doesn't mean we will be ready for it when it happens.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help.
