Ahhhh--the sound of screaming sorority women is in the air! This is recruitment week, the week full of "so tell me about your hometown", uncomfortable wedges, and oddly colored dresses that don't really flatter anyone's skin tone. I love recruitment, so here's to the week that gets us new sisters! And here are five hacks that might aid in your survival...
1. Keep oil blotters close!
2. Don't take your heels off!
Feet swell...if you take them off, they won't go back on!
3. Eat protein-filled breakfast's and lunches.
Try avocado toast or yogurt and granola!
4. Wake up extra early so you aren't tired when you show up to the first event.
It's always a good thing to give your body ample time to adjust to sleep deprivation and early rises.
5. Stay with your sisters during recruitment.
It makes the week so much more fun! And carpooling is always a plus.
