College students are busy. Their days are full from morning until night; however, there should be some type of activity that allows them to slow down a take a breath. Yoga is highly recommended. These are the five reasons why college students should do yoga.

1. Easy as pie

It is hard to find an activity that can both benefit a student's health while still being attainable. Not everyone can run five miles in the morning or are coordinated to play basketball. Yoga it not hard and there are many different approaches to abstain a goal.

2. Lets go of the stress

Yoga focuses on breathing and taking your time. This allows students to let go of everything that they have to do. It allows them to clear their mind and then they can regroup to figure out the rest of their schedule.

3. Good for a study break

Many students complain that they normally don't work out every day because it does take up some time that they might need for studying or working. Yoga can be done in one's own apartment and you don't have to leave to go to the gym. It also doesn't need to be a long work out time.

Yoga can be done in twenty or thirty minutes which is a good amount of time for a break.

4. Simple changes

There are many different types of poses in yoga. If you don't like something, you can easily change it to what works for you. Some types of poses may not be the best for some people, but there are many poses which one can practice.

5. Room to grow

Yoga allows you to grow. You can easily start off with easy poses then transition into more difficult ones at your own pace. There are also many poses which can help grow into more difficult poses.

Yoga is a great activity for college students. It allows us to slow down and have some time off without taking time off. Yoga can help you get things better organized, and it is a great form of exercise.
