1. The University of Alabama is home to the most prestigious football program in the country
Gameday in Tuscaloosa is unbelievable. The luxurious tailgating, spirit and incredible amount of fans create a unique experience, unlike any other school. A typical Alabama football game inside of Bryant-Denny includes thousands of students covered in crimson, shaking their crimson and white shakers, cheering on the Tide, and of course the stadium-wide singalong of Dixie Land Delight. With 16 nation championship titles, a coach like Nick Saban, no other university comes close.
2. The Strip
The Strip is a popular place for students to hang out year round. Whether it's a game day in T-town or just a night out with friends the Strip has got it all! The strip offers a great nightlife with tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. One of the most fun bars on the strip is Rounder's. Rounder's is unique because it offers three different stories, making it easy for customers to find a floor based on what mood they're in for the night. After a long night out on the Strip, there's a variety of restaurants to choose from. The best option after a long night out is definitely Quick Grill, where you can drown yourself in copious amounts of greasy foods (MESSY FRIES!!!).

3. Greek Life
There're not too many times in one's life where they can boast about living in a mega million dollar mansion but at the University of Alabama, that's just an average day in the life. Alabama has the biggest recruitment process in the nation and is home to 61 social Greek letter organizations (about 33 percent of students are a part of Greek life). It's hard to walk down fraternity or sorority row and not let your draw drop looking at the amazing architecture. Although Alabama has an incredible bar scene, some nights staying on campus is a no-brainer when there are concerts in the front yards of fraternity houses (featuring bands like White Panda and Aer, just to name a few). Although the giant houses and parties are an awesome part of Greek like, this isn't the reason Alabama's Greek Life is so important. Ask almost any member of Greek Life what it's like to be in their chapter and you'll get an easy answer explaining the amazing brother and sisterhoods that make each chapter so great. Not to mention the inspiring hard work and dedication each one puts into their philanthropy events. At the University of Alabama, Greek life is more than just joining a club, it's becoming a part of something much bigger than one's self.
4. The Alabama Family
No matter where you go on campus, there's always a friendly familiar face. Professors, students, advisors, etc. go above and beyond to make the best college experience possible. Whether it's helping with an assignment, finding a particular building, or just getting some much-needed advice, there's always someone willing to help. What sets us apart from most schools is our spirit and excitement about the University we attend. Students at the University of Alabama are proud to wear Crimson and know there's no other place like it. No matter where you go across the country, Alabama fans, alumni, and students share a special bond; It's like one giant family.
5. Campus
The University of Alabama has one of the most beautiful campuses in the entire country. It's large brick buildings stand out to visitors as they walk through the beautifully landscaped quad, where they can see a lovely view of the all white President's Mansion. The campus offers a large variety of on-campus housing, classrooms, restaurants, and newly renovated and built athletic facilities. It's hard to find something that this campus doesn't have. The absolute best part about Alabama's campus is certainly Bryant-Denny Stadium. Bryant-Denny is one of the biggest college football stadiums, seating over 100,000 fans. But nothing will ever beat the amazing sunset sky behind Bryan-Denny (most likely you've seen a snap chat, or maybe ten).
Roll Tide to that!!
