Friendships are incredibly important for multiple reasons and it's a great significance in our social atmosphere. Here are a few reasons why friends are important to keep around.

Reason #1

Friends are there to support your stupid decisions by doing them with you. True friendship at it's finest. There are never any other people you'd rather get in trouble with than your closest pals.

Reason #2

When you regret excessively drinking the night before, it's good to know your friends will be there to force feed you Advil in order to prep you for another night out. Good friends don't want you to miss out on any fun!

Reason #3

Your friends are always your go to. No matter the situation, they are the first people you run to when you have some gossip to spill. Whether it be about more of your stupidity or the guy you have a crush on, they will always be the first people you think of telling.

Reason #4

No matter when you see each other, you always pick up where you left off. It's good to have friends like these because it shows they are loyal. Plus, your family enjoys seeing them during winter break as much as you do.

Reason #5

No matter the circumstances, they are always there for you. Through thick and thin, they will always be there to listen to you vent during your most dreaded crisis.

There are many more reasons why friendship is important. The list could go on and on. But friendship is inspiring and maintaining it is beautiful.
