Coffee is probably one of the greatest things on earth. For us coffee lovers, we usually just pick up a coffee and not think much of it. So here are some things to remember as to why coffee is just so wonderful and the many times it comes in handy.

1. First dates.

Grabbing a cup of coffee is a great way to have small talk. It's the perfect first date for getting to know someone. It's not too long or too short. Perfect if things don't go as planned because you can always cut it short without interrupting a meal. If things turn out to be interesting, you can really get to know a person without any distractions. Coffee just brings people together.

2. Up and out!

For most, mornings can be the toughest part of the day. Coffee is a great way to pick you up and get the day going. Being energized and pumped up is probably one of the best feelings especially in the morning. Some of us can't get our day going without that daily cup of coffee. Most of us feel like we can not be bothered or talked to until you get our coffee.

3. It tastes so damn good!

Like, who doesn't like coffee? It is so amazing! The different ways and flavors you can have, you can never get sick of having coffee. From straight up dark roasted to creamy, it just all tastes so good. There is no such thing as too much coffee.

4. Coffee is actually good for you.

Yeah, that's right — it's pretty healthy. There are some studies that show, the more coffee you drink, the longer you will live. That is right, so keep on drinking.

5. It saves lives.

I speak for all of college students when I say coffee is an essential. We have all been there, especially during finals week. It gets us through our late nights.

Coffee is pretty amazing in so many different ways. No matter what time of day it is or whether i need it or not. I can always count on coffee. Can't imagine life without it, therefore coffee will forever be my greatest love.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
