1. The click-clack noise your luggage makes on the tile airport floors.
This sound reminds you of all the trips past, present, and future, and the amazing experience that awaits you once you pass through security.
2. The junk food that vacation gives you the okay to eat.
From the gum, and snacks on the plane, to exotic Mexican tacos to Belgium crêpes in Brugge, vacation is the free pass to just indulge in things you normally wouldn’t.
3. The flight gives you time.
The flight whether it’s one hour, or eight, plus the possible layovers, and delays, this time allows activities that you traditionally may not have time to do because of work and/or school.
4. The connections you make on trips are unique and special.
Whether you end up chatting with a stranger on a flight to New York, or you meet a new group of friends on a cruise, some of these connects will last you years. Personally, I still follow some friends from my cruise in 2013 and keep up to date on what great things they are doing with their life.
