Well, that day has come. Primo, the newest fine dining restaurant in the Cedar Valley, has finally opened its doors for business. Primo offers a wide variety of high-quality meals and specialty drinks that our chef and bar manager have devoted hours to perfect. Unlike many restaurants, we make all of our food in house.
