In light of Thanksgiving, I've been reflecting on reasons to be thankful to be at Cedarville University. I found thankfulness a lot easier as a freshman, but as a senior, it's easier to just feel ready to graduate. Here are 5 reasons to be thankful to be to be a student Cedarville.
1. Faculty
Cedarville is filled with quality experts in their field who teach with a biblical worldview. Cedarville professors are more than just professors, they are mentors and will push you to reach your full God-given potential. Most of them are highly approachable if you ever have a concern about the class or even just a prayer request. It is an honor and a blessing to be taught by them.
2. Friends
Whether they're your dorm mates, classmates, or you're in an org together, you are bound to find people who you can have fun with and who will draw you closer to the Lord.
3. Chapel
Speaking of being drawn closer to the Lord, how awesome is it that we get to spend an hour each day resting in and growing closer to God?
4. The View
Nothing beats a Cedarville sunset.
5. The Food
Don't laugh. People from other colleges usually say it is a lot higher quality than their own school. Plus, we've got the Hive as well as all the cute restaurants within walking distance in town.
